How is your planning service free?

We're paid by the travel suppliers we book with — Disney, Universal, the resorts, the cruise line. Our commission comes out of their margin, never out of your pocket. There are zero markups on your trip and zero planning fees. You pay exactly what you'd pay booking direct.

When should I start planning my Disney or Universal trip?

For Walt Disney World, we recommend starting 9–11 months out so we can lock in deluxe resorts and hard-to-get dining. For Universal Orlando and Disneyland, 4–6 months is usually plenty. For Disney Cruise Line, the earlier the better — popular itineraries sell out a year ahead.

Do you handle flights too?

We focus on the trip itself — resort, tickets, dining, Lightning Lanes, transfers, and on-trip support — and let you book flights directly with your preferred airline or rewards program. We're happy to advise on timing and airports.

What if I need to change dates after booking?

Accepted Answer

Plans change. We handle the rebooking, repricing, and any reservation adjustments so you don't have to sit on hold. As long as we're inside the supplier's change window, you'll never deal with the phone tree.

Will you book Lightning Lanes and dining for us?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's one of the biggest reasons families work with us. We're awake at 6 a.m. EST when reservations drop and book your top picks the moment they're available. You wake up to a full itinerary already confirmed.

Do you only plan Disney and Universal?

Yes, exclusively. That focus is what lets us offer real expertise instead of being a generalist agent. We visit the parks regularly, ride the new attractions, and stay at the resorts so our recommendations come from firsthand experience.
